How do I receive a confirmation of my reservation?

After you have placed your reservation, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the reservation. This e-mail will contain a reservation number. Make sure you have this number with you when you check in, as the hotel may ask for it.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a reservation, click on the link in the confirmation e-mail. The amount you have to pay in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation is clearly specified when you make the reservation and varies depending on the hotel.

How can I change a confirmed reservation?

You cannot change a reservation online. The only way is to cancel your reservation by following the cancellation procedure and to place a new reservation on-line.

How do I know that my reservation has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled your reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.

The rates are per room, except where otherwise specified.

Are there other reservation costs?

No, the amount published and confirmed after reservation includes everything, i.e. taxes, processing costs and credit card authentication, etc.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Usually breakfast is included. If not, you can find information about this on the hotel's web page.

How can I ask to check in early or check out later?

You can call the hotel directly. The hotel's contact numbers are found in the confirmation e-mail.

I placed a reservation but have not received the confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

When you make a booking, remember to give the right e-mail address. If you don't receive a confirmation after you have filled in and confirmed the reservation form, it could be due to the following reasons: your inbox is full, your anti-spam filter is too restrictive or you have written your e-mail address incorrectly. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, send a mail to support@limebooking.com.
