How do I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Once the reservation process you will receive via e-mail confirmation. The e-mail will contain a booking reference, make sure you have a copy of the code itself because it may ask for the time of registration at the hotel.
Can I cancel the reservation?
As specified in the contract terms, for all reservations and purchases made with Limetour the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by law on distance selling of the Code of consumption.
To cancel your reservation, you must use the appropriate link in the e-mail confirmation, or you can directly access the portal section in Manage your booking, by entering the reservation code and PIN that you find in the e-mail confirmation.
It will therefore be sufficient to CLEAR BOOK.

How can I change a confirmed reservation?
The booking can not be changed online. To make a change, you must cancel the reservation by following the cancellation and make a new on-line.
How do I know if my booking has been canceled?
After you have canceled your reservation you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

PWith regard to the structures you can find the address on the web page dedicated to the service providers or tour packages details will be given, the e-mail confirmation after making your reservation.

The above prices are per room or per package, unless otherwise indicated.
Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, the amount of published and confirmed reservation includes all fees, processing costs and credit card authentication included.
Breakfast is included in the price?
Usually breakfast is included. If it were not included in the price, you will find information about the hotel's web page.
How do I request an early or late?
You can contact the hotel directly. You will find the hotel's contact information in the e-mail confirmation.
I made a reservation but have not received the e-mail confirmation. What should I do?
When making a booking, use the e-mail address correctly. If you do not receive an email after you have completed and confirmed the booking form, it might be because your mailbox is full, your spam filter has been defined in too strict or you did not spell correctly your e-mail .
